The COSSIS AG offers photovoltaic modules with excellent operating performance, especially at NOCT and Low Light Behaviour with low degradation. All modules are exclusively manufactured with positive power tolerances of - 0 Wp to + 3 Wp. Due to the outstanding quality the product workmanship warranty for all modules is 10 years. The manufacturer’s performance warranty is 10 years on 90 % of the nominal power, 25 years on 80 % of the nominal power. Module Series GPM 180-A-72
The modules of the GPM 180-A-72 series consist of 72 (6 x 12) monocrystalline silicium-solarcells at 5” = (125 x 125) mm each with 3 bypass diodes. The nominal power Pmpp is 185 Wp with a module efficiency of 14.4 %. Modules with a lower nominal power are available on request.

Module Series COSSIS Future 190 Wp
The modules of the COSSIS Future 190 Wp series consist of 72 (6 x 12) monocrystalline silicium-solarcells at 5” = (125 x 125) mm each with 3 bypass diodes. The nominal power Pmpp is 190 Wp with a module efficiency of 14.9 %. The FPE junction box reduces the risk of diode-failure significantly and therefor it reduces the risk of efficiency loss, hotspots and fire hazards. Two additional transversal girders increase the stiffness of the aluminium frame. The increased snowload according to IEC 61215 is 5400 N/m².

Module Series GPM 230-A-96
The modules of the GPM 230-A-96 series consist of 96 (8 x 12) monocrystalline silicium-solarcells at 5” = (125 x 125) mm each with 4 bypass diodes. The nominal power Pmpp is 230 Wp with a module efficiency of 15.0 %. Modules with a lower nominal power are available on request.

Module Series GPM 220P-B-60
The modules of the GPM 220P-B-60 series consist of 60 (6 x 10) polycrystalline silicium-solarcells at 6” = (165 x 165) mm each with 6 bypass diodes. The nominal power Pmpp is 220 Wp with a module efficiency of 14.1 %. Modules with a lower nominal power are available on request.

Thin layer modules – good performance, even at low irradiation

Thin layer modules are already carrying one of their main abilities within their name. These modules are noticeably thinner than other versions of regular solar modules. Additionally they are easier to set up and through their thinness they are blending much better in existing architecture.
